Heated spray system

Designed for applying heated viscous coatings, Spraying Systems’ AccuCoat heated low-pressure spray system provides precise temperature control and application. Using a closed-loop temperature control, the system monitors multiple temperature sensors and makes automatic adjustments as needed to maintain the desired temperature. Liquid lines and spray nozzles are fully jacketed; air lines can be heated. The system can be used for spraying chocolate, sugar slurries and oils, as well as other ingredients and barriers.
