Designed in accordance with USDA and American Meat Institute guidelines for sanitary design, Linde’s Cryoline hygienic tunnel freezer helps reduce freezing bottlenecks and downtime. It has sloped external and internal surfaces to eliminate liquid collection and facilitate draining. Suitable for ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook protein or organic products, the freezer offers easy access for cleaning and has no niches to harbor pathogens. It can be used as a standalone unit or added to existing operations.
