Impingement oven

Heat and Control’s AirForce impingement oven uniformly cooks each product piece to the same core temperature across the full conveyor width. Air plenums and fans are positioned above and below the product conveyor, in the oven’s hood and base. Air pressure inside the plenums forces hot, moist air through nozzles and onto product at a uniform rate, promoting faster cook times.
