Quadro’s new in-line YTRON Z Emulsifier provides a controlled shear rate throughout the process to ensure reproducible results. The high mechanical and fluid shear is the key to its wide range of applications such as deagglomeration, emulsification, fine dispersion, viscosity adjustment and texturing, states Quadro.

The unit comes in four sanitary construction models ranging from pilot plant to capacities exceeding 300 gpm at pressures up to 120 psi.
