Quadro's Z1, Z3 and Z5 in-line high-shear emulsifiers provide consistency and control of high-shear process applications such as immiscible phase emulsifying/homogenizing, wet grinding, deagglomeration and fine-solids dispersion. Incorporating up to three sets of toothed rotors/strators engineered to fine radial tolerances, the Z emulsifiers process product at high differential velocities, as many as 18 times in a single pass. Rotors/strators for the unit come in a variety of sizes and four sanitary design models are available.
