MicroRay FOOD non-contact infrared thermometer and food inspection tool from E Instruments features a temperature range of -22°F to 572°F, a 64 internal test memory, PC software capabilities, HACCP indications, an 8-hour countdown timer, contact and penetration probes, laser sighting and a hold function. High and low alarms can also be set. A soft vinyl or hard ABS case is also available for mobility.
