Loma Systems launched a line of X-ray inspection equipment, called the Axis X3, designed to find contaminants and detect missing or broken items and incorrectly filled packages.

The unit utilizes Loma’s Auto Track technology to offer multiple, upgraded X-ray inspection capabilities at a reduced cost compared with previous versions and competitive models, Loma states. The Axis line can detect ferrous and non-ferrous materials, stainless steel, glass, stones, ceramic and cement; calcified bones, and natural rubber.
