The Jongia powder dissolving high shear jet mixer features no moving parts and double venturi design to homogeneously mix liquids and powders. The product is suitable for applications in the food/dairy and beverage industries. The supply of powder can be designed for manual or fully automatic execution with all ancillary equipment provided in a complete turnkey system. The mixer can also be designed to allow for in-line or circulatory execution permitting the user to recirculate a batch as long as needed to obtain the desired finished product.
