Using
a timing technique that compares the discharge time of the probe capacitance to
that of a reference capacitance, the PROCAP Series of capacitance probes from
BinMaster, provides level measurement reliability and stability. With two turns
of potentiometers, the sensor will maintain precise calibration and dependable
operation throughout extreme climate changes. The sensors operate at 6 KHz,
well below the RF level, and are not subject to FCC regulation, says the
company. The sensors do no interfere with other electronic plant equipment.
