Crust Flow-P is a liquid nitrogen technology that is suitable for freezing and hardening fragile, soft or sticky products. The nitrogen saturation technique transforms plastic conveyor belts into quick-freezing sponges for fast processing with no waste, says Air Liquide, the manufacturer. Crust Flow-P can be used in combination with other mechanical or cryogenic freezing equipment, integrates into existing production lines and efficiently freezes thin products, says the company.
