Low mist spray system

January 6, 2004

Engineered for spraying low volumes of viscous liquids like chocolate, butter, margarine, release agents, oils and syrup, the AccuCoat low mist spray system operates at minimal air and liquid pressures. By reducing operating pressures and positioning nozzles closer together and close to the surface to be sprayed, misting and overspray are reduced, according to the unit's manufacturer Spraying Systems. Several options are available with the system including liquid recirculation, liquid & air heating, automated tank wash, automated tank agitation and touch screen control.
