Prater-Sterling's lump breaker is designed to de-lump and improve product flow for applications including sugar, salt, cereal, filter cake and pasta. The equipment can be used to reduce natural agglomeration or to reduce materials deliberately compacted in densification processing. Engineered for easy installation and maintenance, product features include a single-shaft rotor, replaceable rotating and fixed blades, outboard bearings and a V-belt drive with OSHA guard.
