Meat slicer

The SPA slicer from Carruthers Equipment Co. slices meats or cheeses and deposits the assembled portions on target. It uses an accumulator grid, which collects the slices, then applies the portion directly on the bread, bun, tray or thermoform package. The grid collects slices in stack, shingled, folded or fluff form. The dual-feed model allows two loafs of meat or cheese to be sliced and applied with one machine with independent slice thickness and counts.
