Melt tanks

Designed to keep large quantities of chocolate heated, fluid and in constant motion for feeding to coating and enrobing machines, Schebler Food Equipment’s melt tanks have a stainless-steel construction and come in a variety of sizes up to 5,000 lb. The tanks feature a thermostatically controlled water jacket that facilitates the circulation of heated water and a gear motor-driven agitator with wall and bottom scrapers.
