Heat and Control's IMP Jr. continuously cooks pizza, meats, poultry, seafood, vegetable and baked products using a patented moisture controlled impingement process. Designed for pilot plants, food service and restaurant use, the oven offers a touch screen control to adjust air temperature and velocity, optional moisture content and conveyor speed. The company says the oven can be disassembled for cleaning in minutes without tools.
