Mix-blend system

Garroutte says its mix-blend system provides accurate portioning and quick changes from one recipe to another. The system offers volumetric metering valves with staggered pockets for even material flow. To make pocket changes, users remove one retainer, slide out the existing pockets, slide in new ones over the drive shaft and then reset the retainer. Touch-screen controls are used for recipe selection and storage.
