CEM’s Smart Trac Rapid Fat & Moisture analyzer utilizes microwave energy for direct moisture analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry to determine fat content in raw and processed meat and meat products. Providing accurate, direct measurement, it does not require the use of hazardous chemicals or constant calibration. The analyzer has been approved by AOAC.
