With housing that features a 15° angle for reduced stress on the operator’s wrist and forearm, Bettcher’s Whizard Series II trimmers increase lean meat yields from beef and pork neck bones. Each hand piece has a contoured handle to reduce grip force and torque momentum. Five interchangeable handle sizes, as well as left- and/or right-handed operation, are available. A hand strap provides added control, while a flex-shaft/casing attaches to the hand piece with a simple 2-action motion.
