Designed for heating, drying and cooling, the Komline-Sanderson Paddle Processor is an indirect heat transfer device that can be used for drying of flours and starches, pasteurization of powders and granules, cooking (braising) of ground meat, cooling (crystallization, tempering) of fat containing products and cooling beverage powders. The K-S Paddle Processor is heated with steam or thermal fluid, or cooled with water/glycol.
