Pasta extruders

Combining artisan pasta processing with advanced hardware and software specifications, DEMACO Criterion Series pasta extruders feature special extrusion screws and optimized dough flow to preserve the natural taste and quality of fresh semolina. Designed for frequent, rigorous sanitation procedures, the extruders are entirely made of stainless steel with a dairy-grade hand-polished mixer and a precision-hardened and ground extruder barrel. Control is optimized with a fully automated PLC system and K-Tron gravimetric feeders. The extruders can be adapted to any brand of dry pasta line and are made to USDA-MID specifications for prepared food plants.
