Processing blades

Engineered for smoother cuts through meat and poultry products, Hyde MeatMiser food processing blades have arcuates or “swooping teeth.” The arcuates enter the cut gently along the long arc without ripping into the food to be processed. Made of 420-grade stainless steel, the blades have a double bevel; and the bevel on each side has a compound bevel (two different bevel angles). The blades come in a variety of sizes including 5.86-, 6-, 7.188-, 10- and 10.63-in. diameters.
