The Polychiller from Garroutte offers rapid chilling of hot-filled pouches and other containers via agitation and product movement technology. The product uses air and water flushes to agitate the pouches in a cold-water bath, allowing maximum heat transfer during the chilling process. The systems can be supplied with surface drying units and laning/orienting systems for packaging line efficiency.
