RFID case labeling

December 1, 2007

NJM/CLI’s high-speed RFID integrated Model 400 case labeling system encodes, verifies and applies RFID tags at up to 50 cases or cartons/min. The system uses rolls of labels that are head-to-toe oriented, feeding them to the tamp pad and applying the labels in the correct orientation with the length of the label across the carton or case. It integrates an RFID printer and verification scanner with a print and apply labeler modified to automatically remove bad tags or labels prior to application.
