Nercon Engineering & Manufacturing is offering the Intralox Series 400 Angled Roller Belt, which aligns to cases uniformly without the use of rails. Applications include case alignment, case turning, centering, singulating/descrambling, merging and diverting. The belt is modular in design so section repairs can be made by pulling the pin and exchanging the section. Angled roller belt conveyors have been tested at sorting up to 200 packages per minute, says Nercon.
