Alfa Laval introduced a new heat exchanger product line that includes sanitary plate heat exchangers, semi-welded plate heat exchangers, scraped-surface heat exchangers and brazed heat exchangers. This equipment is suitable for food, beverage, brewery and dairy applications.

The gasketed sanitary plate heat exchanger is designed for pasteurizing and general heating or cooling of beverages, dairy products, brewery products and other viscous products. The FrontLine Series is suitable for a dairy pasteurization, yogurt cooling, treatment of heat-sensitive products, and UHT heat treatment.
