Sanitary pipeline mixer

Chemineer, Inc., a unit of Robbins & Myers, Inc., has a new Greerco Sanitary Pipeline Mixer for high-shear applications. Suitable for the beverage and food processing industries, the Mixer can be used for a wide range of deagglomeration, dispersion and pre-emulsification operations.

The unit uses a high-speed turbine running in close proximity to a fixed stator to perform its shearing operation. Features include sanitary ferrule connections, a standard single mechanical cartridge seal or an optional double mechanical cartridge seal and a discharge port with a 270-degree rotation.
