Urschel Laboratories' new CC-D Shredder can shred cheese for bulk packaging, pizza toppings, tacos and salads, as well as cut potatoes for hash browns, slice/shred carrots for salads and slice various fruits and vegetables. Features of this machine include interchangeable cutting heads, six different shred styles and many sizes. It comes with two motor options-7.5 and 10 hp.

The belt-fed TranSlicer 2000 is equipped with the company's patented MicroSlice Wheel which slices in thickness from 0.30 up to 0.240-inch. The TranSlicer 2000 can slice potatoes, taro root, plantains, cassava, bread sticks, chicken tenders, wieners, peppers and more.
