Spiral oven

Suitable for the high-volume production of poultry, meat, prepared foods and bakery products, the Heat and Control compact spiral oven can be used for long-duration cooking or very high volume production. Available with single- or twin-spiral conveyors, the oven can be designed with 3 to 20 conveyor tiers per drum, and up-drum and down-drum conveyor configurations.  The oven utilizes a single centerline-mounted circulation fan for each drum. The fan draws air up the interior of the drum, across the heat source and distributes the air in a 360º pattern over all conveyor tiers.
