Intended for use by dairy, food and juice producers, Delavan’s SDX V spray drying nozzle includes a check valve that gives operators drip-free shut off, saving loss of product at the end of a cycle and avoiding the need for clean up before processes restart. Manufactured from stainless steel with high-grade carbide wear parts, the nozzle is precision-engineered to provide the required spray pattern and droplet size. It is available as original equipment on dryers from major manufacturers or can be installed as an in-service upgrade.
