Suitable for small- to mid-size food processing plants, the SigmaFire 200 steam boiler combines a vertical design and counter-flow technology to maximize efficiency on the processing line, the manufacturer says. Rated at 200  hp, the unit is designed to come up to full pressure rapidly and maintain pressure as demand fluctuates. The boiler features a rail-type frame and includes a pump, a blower and a PLC. It offers a small footprint and quiet operation and is engineered for easy maintenance.
