Swirl station

Suitable for mixing together products such as fillings and batters, Hinds-Bock’s automatic swirlers improve product appearance and quality when producing marbled or swirled cakes and sweet goods. The station mounts to an indexing conveyor downstream from the second batter depositor; rotating blades oscillate around the pan to swirl flavors together. Rotation speed, depth of dive and swirling duration are adjustable to control appearance and depth of swirling. Then, each blade retracts into the housing and spins at high speed to prevent product build-up.
