Turkey breast lobe classifier

Gainco, Inc. introduced turkey breast lobe classifying equipment designed to classify up to 65 turkey breast portions per minute at a tolerance level of +/- 5.0 grams. The classifier features programmable controls that allow for batching by count and weight and also minimizes product giveaway. According to Gainco, a durable weigh deck enhances speed and accuracy and delivers information that’s easy to see and to share.
