AST-100 for viscosity measurement offers simple in-line sanitary viscosity
control, says the company. It is available with single- and multi-station
controllers for food applications, including batter and coatings. The AST-300SY
single station viscosity controller used with the Brookfield AST-100TSY system
to control viscosity and temperature interlocks with other process devices and
accurately controls fluid viscosity in batters, coatings, dairy products and
candy.
