Viscous mixer

The VersaMix Model VMC is offered in varying sizes ranging from 1 gallon to 750 gallons working capacity. Its air/oil lift system raises and lowers the agitators from the mixing vessel, which is attached to a frame that includes a manual tilting mechanism. The tilting mechanism allows 120-degree tilting for full discharge and thorough cleaning. The new design is also built for vacuum operation and includes a jacketed mix vessel for heating or cooling. The mixer is suitable for manufacturing viscous dispersions and emulsions with viscosities of up to 1,000,000 centipoise.
