Eriez’s XR-21 E-Z Tec X-ray inspection system employs advanced linear array technology for sensitivity and speed. Providing real-time analysis of process and packaged foods, the system monitors product and package attributes such as count, fill level, mass and broken or damaged product, and detects unwanted metals, stone, glass, bone and some plastics. Production inspection is achieved through a computer-controlled family of low-energy generators and a high-performance computer image analysis system.
