Markem Corporation introduced a new software driver designed to support the SmartDate thermal transfer coder and the Cimjet label printer applicator. The Windows-based driver enables the coder and labeler to be linked with additional image design packages and to use common office-type applications.

The software allows the user to download a complete image to the coder and labeler or automatic pallet labeler. The software can be downloaded from www.MARKEM.com/html/software/software.jsp free of charge.
