The Prism G5 sorter from Key's new SRC Vision business unit provides flexibility to food processors who need a smaller-footprint modular sorter that can fit into a variety of line configurations. The Prism's improved design has enclosed its previously-exposed components to make this sorter easier to maintain, and a high-performance yet smaller outfeed roller now dramatically improves Prism's defect rejection. A fixed defect ejection module shortens setup time in the plant. The smaller, lighter controller on this new Prism G5 offers a higher degree of advanced integration, a touch-screen interface, and the ability to support incremental programming improvements.
