Providing an energy-efficient solution for a range of material handling applications, Interroll’s high-torque EC110 24 VDC roller drive features a high-performance motor and gear box, combined with elastic decoupling for quiet, smoother operation. Suitable for incline, straight and spiral conveyors, as well as replacing line shaft solutions in long conveying applications, the drive is applied with Interroll’s PolyVee rollers. The drive includes a solid hexagonal shaft on the motor side that ensures a firm fit to prevent it from spinning and an anti-spinning bracket that secures the drive in frame. Available with options such as galvanized or stainless material and various torque transmission levels, the drive enables a conveying speed up to 475 fpm,  capabilities up to 37 in.-lb. continuous torque and noise emission levels of less than 55dBa.
