Chemineer’s Greerco sanitary pipeline mixers employ a high-speed turbine running in close proximity to a fixed stator plus an axial-in, axial-out flow configuration that eliminates bypassing and provides processing as product passes through 1 or 2 high-efficiency shear zones. They feature 316 stainless steel wetted parts, sanitary ferrule connections, mechanical cartridge seals, a stainless steel base, washdown motor and discharge port with 270° rotation. Customer-specified materials, seals and motors are available.
