Cermex VersaFilm shrinkwrappers have no sealing bar. The modular design and additional servo drives reduce the number of required transmission chains. The wrappers accommodate film thicknesses of 20 to 80 microns and product formats from 55 to 124mm and 25cl to 3L. The dual-injection system enables the units to run continuously; reel changeover is carried out by independent dual heads. An intuitive touch screen Human/Machine Interface pilots the shrinkwrappers and supervises production functions via navigation with 3D depiction.
