The MasoSine pump’s single-shaft design and optional heating jacket allow product to be transferred while maintaining temperature. The undulating contour of the pump’s rotor gently transports product through the pump with low heat-interfering pumping that maintains product quality throughout the process. A variety of different sealing systems, such as gland packing or mechanical sealing, can be integrated with the pump. The MasoSine pump is capable of being cleaned-in-place, and various CIP modifications are available, depending on the product being pumped and the cleaning protocol used. It is also easily disassembled for manual clean-out-of-place (COP).
