Hardy’s HI 3300 closed-loop tension controller provides control over unwinding and rewinding in web and strand processing applications. It ignores machine vibration to provide accurate tension reading and throughput, and calibrates in seconds without test weights. A secure memory module automatically backs up configuration data. The controller has dual 4-20 mA output and Ethernet TCP/IP interface. Optional network interfaces include remote I/O, DeviceNet, Profibus, ControlNet and Modbus TCP.
