Heat and Control says its Vertical Raceway can continuously transfer product from an Ishida weigher into trays or cartons at speeds up to 160 per minute. The equipment provides controlled filling from collection hoppers and prevents spills. Its compact, vertical, cantilevered design requires minimal space under the weigher.  The tray filler is built to American Meat Institute guidelines and slides to the side of the tray conveyor for unrestricted sanitation access.
