Horizon, a horizontal motion vibratory conveyor couples true horizontal motion with simplicity and reliability. Sliding product forward on the conveyor bed, Horizon eliminates vertical bounce and offers added protection for processing delicate products. The bed's gliding motion reduces breakage of delicate products and minimizes coating loss of seasoned or flavored products by eliminating product loft. Furthermore, because product never leaves the conveyor bed surface, it creates a self-cleaning action by scrubbing the conveyor bed continuously, which eliminates condiment build-up. Horizon utilizes only one drive unit to power a conveyor up to 70 feet in length, creating a more compact system that minimizes floorspace requirements and improves installation flexibility.
