A new paint-free inverter drive motor is available in 1/2 through 10 hp in NEMA frames 56C through 215TC, and has been designed specifically for use with variable frequency drives. The paint-free motor is designed for applications where the motor is regularly exposed to high-pressure washdowns. Applications include conveyors, pumps and other adjustable speed applications requiring full torque at low or zero speeds. Features include stainless steel motor frame, base, shaft and hardware; sealed ball bearings; and no exterior paint.
