The One Voice Vision: Sanitary Machine Design Requirements for Low Moisture Food Manufacturing

10/24/13 12:00 pm to 10/24/14 12:00 pm EST

Over 20 CPG and supplier companies are collaborating to define One Voice in Sanitary Equipment Design for Low Moisture Foods.

One Voice is a uniform approach to the most common, non-proprietary sanitary equipment designs that meet the base food safety requirements to safely manufacture low moisture foods. By harmonizing with existing guidelines, it will provide a common understanding and interpretation among the CPGs and OEMs of the basic needs and requirements for food safe design which can streamline the RFQ process and clarify the equipment costs and budget implications.
