The Fresno Food Expo is a unique regional food show that is focused on bringing buyers from the local, regional and national retail chains, foodservice distributors, local and California-based restaurants and chefs, large government agencies and hospitality venues to Fresno to discover the wide array of food producers located in the San Joaquin Valley.

The buyers will discover more than 105 exhibitors ranging from food producers, manufacturers, growers, winemakers to brewers headquartered in the San Joaquin Valley. The regional food expo will provide buyers with local sourcing solutions, innovative new products, leading-edge packaging and knowledgeable producers of fresh produce, specialty crops, meats, cheeses, sauces, olive oils, jams, nuts, dried fruits, wine, beer, baked goods and much more. If further showcases the San Joaquin Valley as not only an agricultural powerhouse, but a leader in the food production industry as well. In addition to a business-to-business portion of the show, there is a public portion to the evening.

This will provide an opportunity for people to purchase tickets and begin their tour of the amazing food producers – both big and small – that call the San Joaquin Valley home. Exhibitors: Cost ranges from $400 - $950. Registration Deadline is February 3rd.

Tickets for the public portion cost $40 and can be purchased at www.FresnoFoodExpo.com starting January 2, 2012.
