Harvest States Foods, a national provider of tortillas and Mexican food products is building a new tortilla processing facility in Newton, N.C. This new 100,000-square-foot facility will replace two existing plants in Catawba County, located 60 miles from Charlotte. The plant will produce corn and flour tortillas and tortilla chips for retail and foodservice customers along the eastern seaboard.
To accommodate its growth, Seattle Coffee Company will move to a new 220,000-square-foot roasting, packaging and distribution facility located in Fife, WA.
