A stainless steel plate and frame filter provides versatility in the processing of varying sized batches of flavorings. The Roll-Over Filter Press can be used with a bottom inlet when precoating is required or with a top inlet for simple polishing filtrations. Designed for sanitary applications, the press is fabricated entirely from stainless steel and can be steam-sterilized with certain filter pads. The system is USDA-approved and can be validated for FDA approval.
