San Diego-based Stone Brewing plans to build a facility in Richmond, VA. The brewer will invest $74 million in the new 200,000-sq.-ft. facility, which is expected to be operational by early 2016.
Dietz & Watson broke ground in Northeast Philadelphia on an expansion of its plant, which will double its size. The deli meat and cheese processor will invest more than $50 million to build a 200,000-sq.-ft. distribution center.
